In its work, the Department of Socio-Economic Analysis is guided by the interests of the Institute of Public Policy and the “AMANAT” Party.
The key functions of the Department include the collection, processing, and analysis of data across various sectors of the economy, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs.
The Department’s staff develop a Social Risk Map based on the analysis of citizens’ appeals submitted to the public reception offices of the “AMANAT” Party.
Based on a comprehensive analysis of indicators of the country’s socio-economic development, the Department prepares analytical materials, reports, and briefing notes.
In addition, the Department provides reference and informational support to all structural units of the Party.

Kadyrbek Zhanar

A participant of the international project “DATA IN MOTION: A Journalistic Perspective on Migration” (2023) and the third research exchange program of the Eurasian Economic Union (2023).
Her research interests include the healthcare system and public health policy, migration processes, socio-economic development, and regional policy.
She has been awarded Letters of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Kazhkenov Kosman

A member of the Kazakhstan Association of Appraisers and a certified appraiser of property complexes, enterprises, businesses, and intangible assets.

Aubakirova Dinara
Chief expertA holder of a Master’s degree in History from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and a graduate of the “Bolashak” International Scholarship Program (research internship at Michigan State University, USA). A certified specialist in SPSS Statistics.
Her research interests include socio-economic development and demographic policy.
She has been awarded the “For Active Service” badge of distinction (2021).
Nurzhan Nurkassym
Senior expertA Bachelor of Economics and Business (D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University) and a Master of Economic Sciences. He has experience working in public service. His research interests include socio-economic development, public administration, and strategic planning.
