A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business, as well as in Jurisprudence. He graduated from the M.Narikbayev Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University in Astana and is also a graduate of Shakarim University in Semey.

He has experience in public service in the areas of strategic development of government agencies, development of corporate governance and state assets, as well as claims and litigation work. His private sector experience includes legal support for transactions; registration and re-registration of legal entities; amendments to founding documents; examination of civil law documents; claims and litigation activities; and participation in court proceedings in courts of first instance and appellate courts.

He has been awarded the jubilee medal “30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, as well as Letters of Gratitude from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government, and state authorities.

Baibakirova Mereigul

She has experience in finance and in the financial and economic operations of an enterprise.

She has been awarded Letters of Gratitude from the management.

Aitbayeva Zhuldyz

A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences. She graduated from Taraz State Pedagogical Institute with a major in Pedagogy and Psychology, and completed her Master’s studies at M. H. Dulati Taraz State University.

She began her professional career in the field of youth policy. She has experience in public service, working on matters related to ideology, social and youth policy, as well as experience in the education sector, where she was responsible for organizing and supervising the Unified National Testing across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She also has experience in the private sector, specializing in office administration and clerical management.

From 2011 to 2013, she was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. She has been awarded Letters of Gratitude from the Akim of Zhetysai District, Z.Beisenbayev, from the Deputy Chair of the “Nur Otan” Party of Turkestan Region, B.Tazhibayev, as well as a Letter of Gratitude from the Director of the Republican State Enterprise “National Testing Center” of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan R.Yemelbayev.
